If you have a suggestion for a worthy cause or wish to request a donation or Community Give Back event for your organization, please use this form to submit your request.

This is the only method of making requests and we will review and respond if we are able to assist. Unfortunately, we cannot respond to email requests, nor can we every request received due the the high volume of requests. We appreciate your understanding. Please note, as a matter of policy, we are unable to participate with political or religious causes. Also, be aware it is illegal in Michigan to give away or donate alcohol.
