Please join us on Oktober 4th of “Festival Week” for our very special Brewmaster’s Oktoberfest Dinner as we treat our guests to an “Old World” marriage of culinary and brewing arts, from Chef Shaun’s Bavarian kitchen and Matt & Brian’s Brauhaus.
Dinner will be paired with culture, history and conversation.
Course 1: Spiral Radish with Küsterer Original Weissbier braised pork belly and German mustard.
Course 2: Bayerischer Wurstsalat- tomatoes, onions, pickles, sausage( german bologna )
Course 3: Rindsrouladen- Thin sliced beef wrapped around pickle spear, bacon, onion and mustard, with Bier gravy and roasted potato.
Course 4: Veal Munichschnitzel- with pan fried potatoes and roasted Romanesco
Course 5: Dark Chocolate Eire Cheesecake
