February Update

As we get through January, we wanted to get everyone up to date on the latest news. As you may have heard, we had a delay awaiting some approvals on our property at 95 North Main with the State of Michigan. Those approvals are now in hand.
We can start the foundation work any time, but we are now awaiting structural steel to begin framing in our new building. It makes sense and is more efficient to do everything at once, so while you may see some occasional activity, you will likely see actual construction begin in mid-to-late March or early April. We apologize for these delays, but it’s pretty “normal” for new construction.
